Phil’s involvement at the Okara Shopping Centre commenced with the construction of the expansion in 2003. Work included demolition of existing shops, wiring up of the new buildings and refurbishment of the existing buildings. The most recent projects have been upgrading the carpark lights in both the Warehouse and Okara carparks and the refurbishment of the Super Liquor tenancy. Ongoing work includes maintenance for tenants and landlords plus BWOF work.
